Individual Purchases

You are entitled to cancel an unfulfilled order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. An unfulfilled order is one which is defined as the customer or end user having not received the goods or services in a usable state. Once the goods or services are deemed delivered (you have access or possession) then you cannot cancel the order based upon it being "unfulfilled".

The deadline for cancelling unfulfilled an order is 30 days from the date of invoice or the date at which you, or your nominated third party (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered or service.

If the order of a product is received damaged or faulty it must be returned for inspection. Refunds can only be issued on return of a fully intact and unused product or service. For products a visual inspection of condition will be undertaken and if appropriate, any functional test will be undertaken. if you would prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please let us know.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail refunds@atlantistrainingonline.co.uk

For services, we can only refund individual purchases (single credit licences) which have not been accessed. Once accessed they are deemed "used" and an not be reassigned or returned for us to re-use or re-sell. In the instance of unused credit licences, We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the Emailed return request . We will reimburse the full amount paid less a 12% restocking fee. This fee covers the administration of reimbursement/restocking and card processing costs of the original transaction. We will use a BACS transfer to return your purchase price less 12% and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We do not accept or offer refunds at any time for reasons associated to the suitability of the service for your needs. The courses can be accessed in full to assess this for free before any purchase is made. Therefore we highly recommend you make full and proper use of this to satisfy yourself that the course is adequate. This includes but not limited to course content, depth, duration, quality and deliverability before making a purchase.

For bulk / volume purchases

Full payment will be required before credit licences are issued. Upon receipt of payment but before issue of the first credit licences, the buyer has the right to cancellation of the order and receive a full refund for the total amount paid less 6% restocking and administration fee. this covers the administration cost of reassigning credit licences back to the appropriate LMS.

We will use a BACS transfer to return your purchase price less 6% and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. this will be done within 30 days.

Once the first credit licence has been accessed by an end user, the option for a full refund will be ceased and only a partial refund can be offered. Prices are offered on a sliding scale based upon equivalent price per licence with larger discount offered to larger volume purchases.

Refunds would be calculated based upon the total price paid on purchase less base price to purchase the number of USED credit licences at the prevailing date based upon sliding scale pricing. Any monies remaining will be returned less a 6% restocking and administration fee.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods/services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the undamaged original packaging

  • Have in no way been accessed via a log-in

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods or services made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Physical Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
